It is with heavy hearts that we announce the cancellation of The Endorphin Sport Belvoir Castle Multisport 2025.

In 23 years of organising sporting events, this is the first time we have ever had to cancel an event. Even during the challenges of Covid, low participant numbers, and personal family losses, we have always found a way to move forward. Rescheduling or adapting to ensure our community did not miss out.

This time, however, the decision, while incredibly difficult, has become necessary, for a number of reasons.

Both Dean and I are now working full-time and raising two young children. The time, energy, and financial commitment needed to deliver an event of this scale to its full potential is something we can no longer sustain.

Belvoir Castle is also an increasingly busy estate, often hosting other events that overlap with ours. Managing safety around increased traffic flow through the grounds, as well as unpredictable water levels and quality in the lake, has always been a challenge.

Additionally, the estates agreement last year to host another multisport event just six weeks before ours has inevitably diluted the market, as we suspected it may. This has had a significant impact on participant numbers, and unfortunately, we are not on track to reach the levels required to make the event viable.

We want to express our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has supported this event over the years, our amazing volunteers, passionate competitors, and generous partners. We've made incredible memories together and we are proud of the unique and inclusive atmosphere we have built.

While this may be goodbye to Belvoir, it is not the end. The Endorphin Sport team remains committed to creating supportive, family-friendly events. When the time is right and the opportunity arises, we hope to bring something new and special to life for you again.
